Our church is made up of people from many different backgrounds who have come together to worship Jesus Christ and to encourage each other in our lives. We are a member of the Evangelical Free Church of America, an association of more than 1500 churches in this country and a ministry to 75 countries around the world.
The terms "Evangelical" and "Free" in our society have come to mean different things to different people. We invite you to read the definitions below to get a glimpse of why they are foundational to our church and denomination.
What does "Evangelical" mean?
The term "Evangelical" refers to our faith, our theology. We are committed to the proclamation of the Gospel, the good news of Jesus Christ, and to the Scriptures as being the inspired, inerrant, authoritative, and sufficient Word of God.
What does "Free" mean?
The term "Free" refers to our structure and organization. We are committed to a simple, congregational form of church government.
What does the Evangelical Free Church Believe?
